A BBB Reliability Report is a report on your businesses products and services that is read by potential customers checking out your business. Your Accredited Business Reliability Report is available on BBBs web site at www.vawest.bbb.org. Complaints processed are complaints, if any, from your businesses customers, that have been presented by BBB to you and have been answered by you. This number represents the total number of closed complaints during the past 12 months.
Website Hits indicates how many times a consumer clicks on your website hyperlink on your BBB Reliability Report to visit your website directly. If you have a website that is not listed on your BBB Reliability Report, contact the BBB at (540) 343-1177, (800) 851-6869 or email aadams@roanoke.bbb.org to add your website address.
TOB Rosters (Type of Business) are sent to consumers who inquire about Accredited Businesses in a particular industry. A TOB Roster will contain all Accredited Businesses within the industry specified by the customer. These are available to consumers by calling the BBB or by visiting the BBB website.
